Maybe your assumption about Hashirama is wrong. We know he possess Suiton and Doton, and managed to combine the two at an extremely young age. It's quite plausible he learned the other three later in life. Then that might put into perspective why it was so hard for Orochimaru to find a host for Hashirama's cells. Not only did the baby need the affinity for both Suiton and Doton, but the other three nature elements as well. I'm not going to say that's exactly what happened, but it's quite possibly an explanation. We'll just have to wait to find out honestly. U_U

As long as far featched ideas are being entertained, what if your masked man is Danzo? I know he died and there was a big explosion, however Obito was right there, he could have pulled him in and just did what he did to Yamato. Lot about the guy is a mystery anyway, he was around Hiruzen to learn said elements, and the white zetzu could just be driving his body right now (hence the stupid comments).

The Shisuusenju was also only shown to be created by Hashirama when he used Sage Mode.

That doesn't mean anything. When Hashirama uses Senpou all his Mokuton grows stronger/bigger.

Senpou Mokuton rivals the size of Perfect Susanoo. So in Base, it should be that size that was shown.

This leads me to believe that Hashirama's could also use all 5 nature transformations. I HIGHLY doubt that whoever is in Spiral Zetsu has mastered all 5 elements because there are only a handful of known shinobi who have done that. I believe that the 5 element attack is just an inclusion of the Shinsuusenju technique.

Also, as far as your point of Spiral Zetsu being someone who has sage mode or a curse mark, did you forget about this?

The person inside clearly recognizes the Orochimaru's cursed seal and knows what it is which leads me to believe that this person is not in possession of it already (or any type of sage mode for that matter.) And since they are familiar with Orochimaru's techniques, I would imagine that they are acquainted already. Given all this, my guess is still Yamato.

If you examine them carefully, you will notice that Zetsu's 5 heads are different then Hashirama. This can lead to believe, the construct and chakra depends on the caster using the jutsu. I am fine to believe Hashirama's can at least spit out Earth and Water, but the rest of the affinity is questionable, and mostly in doubt possible for him.
