Dude, do you know what its like to have 15 people asking you, "Can you train me now" at once. People dont want to spend all of their time on NB just training people. They wanna have fun to. Otherwise, it's like making anyone who becomes a sensei a slave. Some people ask and they accept it if the sensei says "no" but some people are reluctant to stop asking. Its annoying. (I know what its like because I have to train some of Grimm's students when he doesn't have time.)

There is a list of senseis,and the sensei ain that much so he/she could just see them,also there is a thread when every sensei has written what elements does he/she trains U_U
Not everyone knows that, though
Some people just join, get 10 posts in some spamming sections and go straight into training without looking at the threads that they should be looking at

i mean....if one sensei has only 4 nd the minimum number of students r....lets say 10....then obvious ppl will go to other senseis to train them...
nd thats how grimm has 32 students when other senseis r having less than half of that number
i dont want to acuze anybody...but thats the way i see thingz...nd i dont think grimm ever complained....
Yes,grim has 32 but he is training only water,Im training three diff elements
that means grim trains only once or till the get all the jutsus but I or sb else train his/her students all the elements he know and thats much more work

Greeting to all high and mighty powerful senseis and their students. I would like to contribute my two cents worth to this topic. There were senseis who trained students as they pleased according to the needs of the students, all you powerful people wanted to create an elite class of senseis depending on the number of posts and the time in forum, which is fine if you all are willing to let every one learn and train with you. Then when it becomes too much because of the limited number of senseis noobs start to bug you guys, all of a sudden it?s not convenient for you, to train every one.
This is not true in all cases there are certain senseis who are kind enough to encourage young ninja?s but to all who yelld and screamed to be ?elite sensei? and now mope around I think, they are pathetic

I have (had) 27 students, just for the record
and, i expect average sensis to have 4-5 students, or they aren't of any use, and wont be official senseis anymore, this doesn't means just less then 4-5, but more too, cuz, if u have like 11-12, the teaching quality is pretty low, i have data on all the senseis, and see problems in this area.....there just aren't enough senseis......be patient, we will have more shortly
