I have (had) 27 students, just for the record

and, i expect average sensis to have 4-5 students, or they aren't of any use, and wont be official senseis anymore, this doesn't means just less then 4-5, but more too, cuz, if u have like 11-12, the teaching quality is pretty low, i have data on all the senseis, and see problems in this area.....there just aren't enough senseis......be patient, we will have more shortly

As you may remember I?m Hyuuga and I?m excelled in my clan?s secret techniques, which is beside the point. My point is that it is the responsibility of teachers to teach and students to learn, if a official teacher refuse to teach what purpose do they serve, they are sensei?s to no one, how dare do they refuse to teach to people who are willing to learn. A system where a minimum number of students are taught trough out a certain period and graduated to the NB open community. This can be continued until the teacher decides to retire.

if senseis r readin this, im tellin u one thing: if u gonna train ppl...they may wish becoming senseis them selves...therefore there will be one more sensei who will take part of the students to teach them
