These characters are for a Fan Fic that I am writing that takes place 100 years after the current events of naruto shippuden...our group is called Nengan Kohai. Nengan means "hearts desire" and Kohai means "devastation" so you get the point of the group, we are an evil organization like the akatsuki so your character must be more or less evil he/she cannot be OP (meaning overpowered) either but their has to be something unique about them let me post my character bio as an example:
Name: Salem bastion
Nickname: Most know him as "Fade"
Age: 29
Village: Sand
History: Salem grew up in the sand village but took very little interest in the sands style of combat. He had loved the legends and stores of the uchiha and always wished her were one. His father was a legendary puppet master but also a very strict desciplinary as a father and as a leader in the military. He forced Salem to learn the puppet master jutsu and he forced him to master at a higher level than anyone in his generation. As Salem grew into his teenage years his obsession with the uchiha overtook him. Eventually he would go missing for days at a time and would occassionally be found by his fathers spies traveling the road from Konoha to his home. When he was 18 his father finally decided to do an in-depth check on him and he discovered something terrible. Salem had been hunting uchiha and killing them taking their eyes. He had used body parts from many ninja from different villages to create perfect puppets and then implanted the sharingan in them. He knew the sacrifice it took to wield the sharingan so instead of implanting it into himself he implanted it into his puppets. His father tried to kill him as a devine punishement but he was killed instead. This inadvertently cause the mangekyo sharingan to awaken in the two puppets he was using at the time. He disappeared from the village and formed his own version of the Akatsuki. "It doesn't have to be called Akatsuki I am open for suggestions on a name for the group". Now he has 20 sharingan puppets and only two with the Mangekyo. He also wields a unique puppet he built known as "Ghost" it is used as a spy and some believe it has some of Zetsu's DNA and therefore similar abilities. As for Salem himself he uses typical sand jutsu but has also mastered several jutsu from other styles that he learned through use of his puppets sharingan.
Abilities: Basic water style, fire style and advanced sand techniques along with his body being implanted with weapons and secret dangers he is almost half puppet, he wields 20 sharingan puppets and two mangekyo although he only use tsukynomi with them for now, his "Ghost" puppet has abilities similar to Zetsu's, he also uses Amatarasu with his puppets but because its with his two mangekyo puppets bodies it doesn't go on until the target is destroyed it only lasts a few moments, he forms the amatarasu flames into the shapes of ravens and wolves at times.
Note: He is also a strategetic genius above all others and this is to be feared more then anything.
Goal: Undecided specifically he simply desires change
