I'd side with team 2. Kisame can take orochimaru and Ay definitely beats kakazu. Though would be a high diff fight.

Team 1 defeats Team 2. Oro has a reaction speed on par with 4th hokage and kakuzu reacted and dodged hidan's scythe, hidan is an A-level speedster, so kakuzu could react to Ae's attacks and rip his heart out with the threads. Kakashi even with the sharingan pre-cog found it hard to dodge it and got caught in the end. Oro uses Rashomon to tank Water dome and shark bullets. Uses kusanagi to rip Ae apart by extending it some 10-15 kilometres. Snake wall packed with kusanagi blades reduces the radius of the battlefield, and during this time, kakuzu could jump on atop the snakes which are very high and use gian + katon + Wind + Water combination release and crush thier footwork and kusanagi blades cut them during the blast while they're off-guard, into pieces.

lol what do u mean ? the thing that i resticted ET? lol if i allow him to use it, he beats everyone who is not rikudo char, maybe Kabuto would give him challage w/ his edo army.... what is point to put unresticted Orochimaru against someone? ya right there is no point.

btw i still think team one win.

Edo kakuzu ironically nullifies his heart lives advantage. Zetsu oro means he can use the spore technique which almost wrecked the 4 kage, which would mean A and kisame gets caught in it and gets thier chakra drawn out but kisame could counter that with samehada and Ay could use his activated physical energy to blast off zetsu spore clones. But zetsu can copy the chakra to its very dregs, leading Ae to fight his own equal chakra potency and kisame to fight his own monster chakra.
Team 1 literally sh*ts.

How did he nerf Oro besides ET? That's probably the most common restriction in a matchup with oro.

Zetsu spores and orochimaru's reaction, at least near minato, who has lightspeed reaction; will definitely allow him to react to Ae's attacks, and though kisame has reaction speeds of A level full speed, The vast AOE attack of orochimaru which is the multiple kusanagi snake wall would definitely take down A even witu hos Raiton armor speed. Kisame will be handled by both oro and kakuzu since samehada is a real problem; absorbing chakra on contact; the threads should be capable of piercing through samehada or if not; kusanagi; another spirit weapon will balance the cutting power with samehada's shredding power and allow it slice it into pieces. Oro can swing kusanagi left and right with infinite length with his reaction near minato; both A and kisame are definitely getting caught when combined with the thread grabbing and grappling of kakuzu. The vast array of wide scale elements would burrow the ground and destroy thier footing completely enabling them to lose balance and cut up team 2 up. There are several ways this can go.
