My own dad is Judge and he works almost 14 hour shifts daily and I don't see him everyday sometimes but does my dad not love me & my mother because his job requires him to be away? ​

Not that I disagree with you or anything but you do understand the difference of being sent on a mission by people you can't refuse, compared to leaving on your own. I agree him being away doesn't mean he doesn't care, especially when we don't even know how long he's been away he could have just left for all we know, however, Shonen dad's don't have a good track record: Ging, Minato, Goku, Sasuke's dad, Naruto.

And to those who say Naruto isn't being a bad father right now, think of it this way: Naruto grew up with no parents so he knows what that's like, he drew on the faces of the Hokages for attention, now when his son does the same because Naruto isn't home with him that should be a sign he needs to spend more attention on his son.
