Im unsure what the hell is going on with Sakura.. The translation i read said she Loved Sasuke meaning past tense but then she was saying other things which were contradictory and Kakashi basically making out that she cares for nothing more than his wellbeing.. Mixed messages. Does she actually still love Sasuke?

I think she was trying to make the point that she had loved him all along and was trying to make him understand the reason why she had always tried to save him. She's accepted the path he has chosen so knows he probably doesnt love her, however she still loves him.

I think she was trying to come with one of these "If my love ever meant anything" kind of speeches.... but ended up getting silenced via Sasukes Genjutsu.

No she doesn't love Sasuke, it's SS fans who keep on dreaming. 2 times it was used "loved", when Kakashi was explaining Sakura's feelings he used past tense "You loved Sasuke" but for some reason Viz changed it completely opposite, and now again Sakura herself said "loved", Kakashi explained Sakura's feelings before, she doesn't love Sasuke anymore, she wants to save him, her feelings are different, she still cares, but no longer is it same.
