Well rain is a downpour of water that comes from the clouds, sorry I'm not that much into explaining now. xD If a ninja master the rain element he can use for various things, attack, defense, sensing, shape it however he wants it and form it out of nowhere and it's and advanced element of the water. ._. Only Amegakure ninja have been seen using the rain element and it developed from that village, maybe that's bull. o_o

I somehow fuse my chakra into the sky and make it rain manipulating the clouds, every rain drop includes my chakra so I can sense everything it touches. o.o

Description:By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.



This jutsu calls for you gather and focus chakra into your hands to gather rain drops around your palms to form a rain orb that can be used as a bullet.

Being that you used chakra infused rain, you'll be able to gather not only more rain, but at a much faster pace. And when it comes to a battle it's all about the quickest draw (sometimes )

So lets start gathering some rain drops.

- I focus a bit chakra on my hands and try to gather rain drops from the moisture, atmosphere, I don't know. o_o -

now then, manipulate them to form a bullet, and then thrust it at the tree over there.

- I stop gathering the rain drops and I put them all together, forming a rain bullet, then by controlling it, I send it flying at that random cherry tree. ;D -

Also note, that you can manipulate this jutsu, so that instead of gathering a bunch of drops and forming one bullet, you can fire of smaller (less powerful rain bullets)
