Yeah it's different totally. She bisected Naruto's chest to keep Naruto's heart pumping to save his life.

Tsunade didn't manage to save him, it was Kurama and his Uzumaki life force.

Sakura kept Naruto's heart beating and saved Naruto's life (inb4 it was Obito and only him that saved Naruto lelelelelel f**k off).

You're correct about that what Sakura do is very similar to Tsunade so it took some of her moments but she still have her moments with Naruto and Sasuke , it's more different than Tsunade's relationships with Jiraiya and Orichimaru Lol
