Choosing to make a fist or individual rib cage larger than normal does not indicate that they can fully manifest Susano'o larger than a set limit. If they choose to expend all of their "Susano'o energy" into making a bigger individual fist or ribcage than normal, that does not mean they can continue manifesting the rest of Susano'os body with comparable proportions. Otherwise, we would have seen larger Susano'os.

Think of it this way - they have 100 magicka points to allocate towards Susano'o. They can push all of that energy to fully form Susano'o, or they can disproportionately allocate all of it to make a massive fist. That massive fist, however, should not be taken as an indicator that the rest of Susano'o will manifest itself to fit the size of that fist.

The biggest Susano'o aura from Sasuke / Itachi that we have seen is the "final" Susano'o (fully armored).

Actually, when we speak of one-shotting, Kakashi's version is much better. It's faster and long-ranged, just what you need to 1-hit-KO.
Obito's kamui is defensive, Kakashi's kamui is offensive.

I am abiding by what we have seen. You are essentially pulling assertions out of thin air with no basis other than you want that character to be able to do it, thus they can do it.

Of course he has a set limit, its just a limit that is above Sasuke's. If he could have made it bigger, I'm sure he would have when he saw Hashirama's Buddha Statue, which dwarfed even his Perfect Susano'o.

Strength of chakra does not indicate quantity. Jiraiya has more chakra than Sasuke, but that does not necessarily mean that Jiraiya's chakra is more powerful.

As for the "hate and power" argument, it's invalid. Itachi didn't hate anyone and was one of the strongest of Uchiha.
