People need to be more discreet when checking out your muscles. It's rude to disregard a person's privacy even if what they're looking at happens to be eye candy.

LMAO I didn't mean for you guys to picture me as some Calvin Klein model. Sheesh. I just have an athletic physique. Just enough muscle for me to be able to make dudes look away when I return their stare.
I'm an introverted nerd before I'm anything else, so people staring at me gives me some anxiety.

It's hard to read sarcasm in text, but I think you're being serious. If you are being serious, then that's exactly how I feel!

This is why I simply don't make eye contact with anyone and haven't for years,
some people like you freak out about it, others enjoy, some just want it from friends
and tons more of stuff. It's annoying af to have to take in consideration if the person
you're about to look likes it or not, or if they'd get angry enough to attack you over it.

There's a broad amount of things it could mean. Personally though, if you're catching a lot
of eyes I'd say don't worry about it, people are gonna talk shit and in the case they're not
thinking anything negative about you, it doesn't hurt you at all.

Also I don't really think it makes anyone subhuman to look at a stranger lol.. I look/glance at people's
faces that I find attrative or odd(both good and bad) to a lesser extent though.

Very well, man. I try so hard not to make eye contact. With girls, I succeed. With dudes, I always fail because my ego won't allow me to disregard the fact that they're sizing me up, looking as though they're belittling me. I just have to give them the "You got a problem?" look. Yes, I'm very immature for this, but I can't help it, which is why I'm asking for advice lol
Everything you said makes sense. Looking at someone who's attractive is definitely forgivable, so I wouldn't insult you by calling you a "subhuman". You seem very smart and hell of a lot more mature than I am.
In honor of the time you took to give me that advice, I will try my best not to care when people, especially fellow young men, stare at me next time I'm out in public.

people work out, wear more revealing clothes or just try to look good because they want to be the center of attention they want people to find them attractive which means they want people to check them out. it's not rude to check a girl or a boy out they look good what are you supposed to do, it's not your fault it's simple biology, acting against it is unnatural and uncomfortable.

I don't give anyone attention until I notice them staring at me from my peripheral vision. They ALWAYS start it. I'm always looking forward or down, deep in thought and minding my own business. Then some impolite bastard staring at me would capture my attention.
Nevertheless, you are correct. I know ignoring it is the best and most mature thing to do. I just always feel the need to respond with a disgusted look.

Staring for no reason is impolite, especially if you're looking at something abnormal/alien to you like a kid seeing a disabled person for the first time. Are you sure your body language is conveying the message you think it is? Because if it was people would think "What's his frickin' problem" and stop staring. Seriously. Looking at other people is not a crime, we do it all the time. Eye-contact is also normal and I doubt that it is as excessive as you want to express. If it annoys you so much, then tell people that they should not look at you or at least ignore it, easy. It's really not a big problem.
