I tried to get in to get into Sunagakure over Three Days Ago! Can someone tell me why it's taking so long to get in?

What Deidara MEANT to say was that you have to:

1. Obtain 50 posts.
2. Make a bio following the template and the rules.
3. Get the bio approved.
4. Ask Ragnaroc (aka the Big Boss) what the qualifications are to join Sunagakure.
5. Achieve all the qualifications to join Sunagakure.
6. May still be denied for Sunagakure. So doing this does not guarantee your acceptance.

You don't need a bio to be accepted in a village. However if you don't have a bio, you're just a citizen of that village. You can't fight battles and such in that case.

But it's possible that the kage/daimyo of the village you want to join only allows people with bio's in his village. Though that doesn't mean it's like that in other villages.
