I hate it.... I have no friends in real life and I have ADHD and I have anger issues and I have Anxiety attacks all the time.
I have to go to a therapist and a psychologist.. It annoys me so much. I just want to talk to Narutobase because I have noo one to talk too

What do you think I should do?
I even take medication for all of these each
a hundred things you can do.
1. Work out. Get a GYM membership. New York Sports Club offer student memberships. If not go to Planet Fitness
2. Change your diet. Cut the sugary shit out.
3. Get the **** off Narutobase
4. If your therapist isn't doing CBT, REBT or EMDR with you fire them. Talk therapy is useless if you're not making a change.
5. I don't know how old are you. If you're younger than 18, suck it up and deal with it. Improve your self esteem. if you're older than 18, go and get laid.
6. Run
7. Get a new hobby (photography, biking, knitting, gaming, programming, etc.)
8. Watch the following people on Youtube: etthehiphoppreacher, metal motivation or dsims motivation
9. Meetup.com - Join the site and meet groups of your interest. I'm pretty sure they have anime nerds
10. Travel to somewhere new. Do something for yourself once
I could go on.
But seriously.
You need to surround yourself with positive people. You hang with winners, you become a winner.
