I hope you didn’t get injured during the accident. I know things seem very bleak now, but you can still turn things around. Instead of using your energy to compare the good deeds you have done to the bad deeds and wondering why you are being punished, focus on how you can move forward in the situation you are now in and what you can take from it. Review and familiarize yourself with the public transportation options in your area. Are there days (nights) where you can get a ride from someone, or carpool? Is there a place for you to stay at that’s closer to your school/work on days/nights that are going to be really early/late? Your parents are probably really upset now, but maybe they are not doing this just to make your life miserable because they are mean. Perhaps if they see that you are trying your best and you demonstrate a level of responsibility, they will consider revoking their decision about the insurance and driving stuff. Anyway, I hope things work out for you soon. And whatever your positive coping strategies are, use them. Take some deep breaths, and think about the things you have accomplished and the things you can do. If you are still feeling really down or experience a persisting sense of hopelessness or have thoughts of harming yourself, talk to someone you trust and seek help. Actually, it is never too early to talk to someone if you are not feeling well. Good luck and take care.
