Was Iggy trash on this? Yeah. But she didn't rip Kendrick. If she ripped Kendrick, then Kendrick ripped Dre when he said "Everybody wanna know how close me, Dre and Snoop is but the truth is" on Illuminate. It was the same beat they were rapping on, which was originally from Childish Gambino, and the only thing she "ripped" was the intro. SMH, y'all been ripping on Iggy so much you're not even doing it for the right reasons anymore.

Anyway, on the Iggy shit. Iggy is a garbage rapper. How are you expecting anything greater than garbage from her in the first place? As for the song she 'ripped'. It's called a remix. Other artists have done way worse jobs in their remixes by simply copying entire bars. She didn't copy bars, instead she hopped on his flow. Albeit she used struggle bars, most rappers that are 'checking' her for 'ripping' this song have put out tracks that are infinitely worse. Be consistent with your bullshit. If you're going to call out one garbage rapper, call them all out.

It just wasn't as clear because of her accent, that's why she changes it so the words will flow better in her own songs. But it's a cover, not a remix or ripped copy. This is done all the time in live shows but people are praying on her downfall so it's blasted everywhere.
If anything it shows that's she's a fan of kendrick, which could help her with enough study.
