Does anyone Honestly belives that "Tobi" is Obito Uchiha? I mean ive read on so many websites that people are '1000% sure that thats him..it wouldnt make any sense to me.. Ima just say this.. I think somehow its the 1st Hokage. I have no explanation for that.. just a thought.'​

Tobi is not obito. Obito will never be able to match the 4th or control the fox. Also, when the tobi attacked, kakashi was young still and tobi was a grown man, even when tobi met kisame years before, he had long hair and he was old.

Whats funny is Ive stated the same thing and nearly was burned at the stake. But I do believe that Tobi is the 1st hokage for his knowledge of Madara(the real Madara) and how old he looks.

Tbh every single person that has been proposed to be Tobi can be backed up with a lot of evidence for why that person is Tobi, and often there is also evidence to disprove that person from being Tobi (some theory's are obviously better than others). Kishi is trying to keep us guessing, but there is no way to 100% prove that Tobi is anyone. Kishi wants to surprise us when that mask comes off

I still think he's the empty vessel for the 10 tails. Heard some pretty good arguments for that one and that's the one I wanna go with. To=10 Bi=Tails. Makes the most sense to me.

Ok, I don't say it's impossible for him to be 1rst Hokage, but Obito has many hints, and is yet unpredictable...
A) Obito spells tobi backwards... it could be a Hint.
B) Kakashi's and Tobi's sharingan are on the exact opposite eye, and share the space-time ninjutsu specialty
C) Tobi greatly hinted that in one of the latest chapters, when he told Kakashi "Good Eye, Hatake Kakashi."
D) Obito is one of the few Uchiha shown, who never had a big background story... It could mean that Kishi-sensei planed to develop his character latter...
E) I can think of many more reasons... But one more thing is I would personally prefer him to be tobi rather than Izuna, which would be a totally predictable plot...

* Also the hair is exactly the same... I know hairstyle changes over years, I just say it could be one more hint...

Kiriyu Senju's Tobi Theory:

There has been theories about who Tobi really is. Like Izuna, Obito, and even Hashirama. Who he really is or what he really is something im very curious about. I know for a fact that all the kage's is sealed away. Hashirama,Tobirama, Hiruzen (sealed him and the two previous) Minato tho Tsunade has not as she is alive. So it cannot be hashirama. I would say its not Obito because at the fight with Konan he used izanagi which would close one of his eyes. As Obito still had one eye open, means he had both eyes present at the fight. Allso Obito would still be much younger at the attack of the kyuubi and it was clearly shown he was allready a full adult when he fought Minato. Allso Tobi knew Madara had achieved rinnegan under the fight with Hashirama. So he must have been present at the time. Of course as Zetsu was made before that it could have been him
whom told Tobi. But if Tobi were present at the time of the war thorn era there is only one Uchiha who is known from that time and it was Izuna. Even if Madara did take his brother's eye as he did posses the eternal mangekyou sharingan. Izuna would still have his eyes if he were summoned by Edo Tensei as shown by Nagato and Itachi. Why have Kabuto not summoned him yet then? If he were able to find Madara he would surely be able to find Izuna. And summoning Izuna would benefit Kabuto as he was as strong as Madara until he took his eyes and achieved the next level of sharingan. Allso its only stated that Izuna eyes was taken not that he died. Izuna could just aswell use a technique similar to Orochimaru where he takes the body of someone else to live longer. Tho we have not seen Tobi use mangekyou sharingan yet. They did not find Shisui's body maybe Tobi took it for a new vessel? This is my own theory about his identity. He might just aswell be the presence of someone else.

Ok, here is my point:
A) Obito was not a little boy at that time, he was about 17-18, and was already thought dead, long before the Kiubi incident.
B) There could be more than one Tobi... wow, this just came to me... I like this theory, I think I'm gonna post it...
