Muu of course, he can turn invisible, fly and is a top notch sensor so far the only thing to find him is sensor sand so unless Gaara is guarding the guy no defence will matter.
And if he can't walk up and slit the guy's throat while invisible he can blow away the whole building he is in with dust release from the sky.
