Lets say u were a kage and you had an s rank mission on your desk. it is an assassination mission. who is your shinobi that you trust that would carry out this mission to perfection no matter the circumstance??? you can choose any1 dead or alive but choose ONE!

itachi of course .... he assassinated his entire clan single handily, and the uchiha are one of the most powerful clans there are so of course he's a top notch assassin xd

Id go with Jiraiya, he is a Sannin, he is specialized in Espionage and interrogation, he has the perfect set of skills to infiltrate a village unnoticed and he has the proficient set of skills for such a mission, also the skills to locate the target (though it might be unusual ways of finding the target) and if it gets troublesome he has great set of skills to fight an opponent equally.

Seriously now i guess Minato would be a good choice, the target would be dead before one even realizes this, and he can also get in and out undetected.
Jyraia and Itachi Orochimaru with his snakes would also make good choices.

If thats the case I'd go with Itachi or Kakashi. Theyll get the job done quickly and quietly with no bells and whistles to leave a trace.
