I think I would most likely wish for Knowledge of all things. Immortality is kinda a double edged sword to me because all of my friends would eventually die and I would still be on this earth and all that other shit.

Your first wish; you'll know what every person ate for breakfast lunch and dinner everyday for the rest of your life. Every sick thought anyone has ever had you'll know them all etc.

I'd wish to become omnipotent. If that's against the rules, then I simply wish for every single Naruto verse power and
all of the chakra Kaguya has without actually becoming demonlike. Gaining the ability to make clones that can work for me,
learning space time ninjutsu, having kamui, being able to turn invisible, and just plain out be powerful? SIGN ME UP!

If no magic or chakra and stuff like that, then.... to restart my life with not only my current memories, but with all of

Or I would wish for all fatal/in curable diseases to be cured. A coworker of mine is very unfortunate because her mother died of cancer recently.
