Nothing because it'll be a glitch in the timeline. I'll cease to exist.
How would it be a glitch in the timeline...? For most part, a glitch involves some sort of equipment, software, etc. Did you mean it would cause a paradox, causing your existence to cease? If so, it wouldn't do that. A paradox is something of exact scenarios of which 2 opposite outcomes MUST occur. So for example, if you were to live in a specific point in time, then by logic, if you traveled back in time and avoid that area of space, you wouldn't be causing a paradox. However, if you were to meet yourself, you would have 2 identical beings in the same point in time and space, meaning both must have opposite outcomes. That means 1 will die, 1 will live. If it so happens that the past self of you were to be the one to die, then yes, you cease to exist from that moment.

However, that's merely a theory. If you did, you wouldn't cease to exist as you lived already, you'd merely die. If you killed your past self, then your current self would disappear, meaning it time would go into an unknown zone. If you didn't exist from that point on, how did you travel to the past to kill yourself? And if you didn't travel to the past to kill yourself, how were you killed?

A note will, as far as we know, not cause a paradox unless you are dumb enough to walk up and hand it to yourself. So, next question is, what would you say to yourself in the past with only 2 words now that you know what could happen in a paradox situation?
