If you could, would you travel to space?

I would, only live once. What about everyone else?

If you have a spacecraft that could travel the speed of light or surpass the speed of light, interstellar travel is not going happen this century?

I would travel to space even if it's just orbiting our planet. A change to see our earth, other planet and the universe from outerspace. The view would be amazing.
But if we had the tech. for intergalactic travel that would even be better but sadly I won't be alive to have the chance. Even though I have a chance in this lifetime to orbit earth but in reality I'm to poor (should say I'm not rich enough) to make that come true :(

Hmm...it sounds awesome at first glance but it would get old fast. Why? Because even at the speed of light it would take way too long to reach anyplace. And what if you found no life? How would you get back home?

If you travel 99.99% the speed of light time slows down compare to those you left from Earth, granting you going to Alpha Centauri A & B which is about 4.37 light years away, it means you need more than four years to reach that star but you only aged 22 minutes that is the effect of traveling near the speed of light time slows down.

1 Light Year = 9,460,730,472,580.8 km
1 Light Year = 5,878,625,373,183.608 miles:cool:

Do you think the Body Flicker Technique, nay Swift Release, could attain the speed of light?

These people cited the fact that Space introduced a large range of economic possibilities. Whoever mastered space would inevitably master the planet. And China was dedicating an increasing amount of resources in to space craft R&D. But NASA countered by arguing that the shuttle was an impractical vehicle.
