shino i just only find him useful for tracking hes not interesting and everyone forgets him anyways lol.

It's Kiba that does the tracking. Although his bugs can track, they're usually used for capturing. They're also used for draining chakra and blocking sensors.

Also, Naruto forgetting him once does not equal everyone forgetting him.
