I was going off what we know from the main series of naruto anime/manga,not sub series such as kakashi gaiden but if you are including that then yes it would be accurate....

- Naruto Sage mode = fore his extremely strong attack and defense
- Tsunade = Healing technique if someone gets hurt

Leader: Kakashi (given he isn't dead)

Neji for scouting/strong tai jutsu, Shikamaru for strategy, yamato for his Mokuton jutsu just being plain useful, and kakashi for his battle prowess/added strategic intelligence.
