Hashirama's Chakra is linked to his ability to manipulate both Doton and Suiton to combine them. Having Doton and Suiton affinities doesn't imply that the user can use Mokuton because Hashirama's own Chakra is linked to his KKG. Unless the user has a very similar bloodline trait, I highly doubt it.

That doesn't make it seem far from plausible for multiple reasons but yeah. probably. So many theories can be made because so many things aren't concrete thanks to Kishi and the things he did emphasise were fact in part 1 later became less dependable in part 2.
