I'd say no, wood style seems to be a genetics thing.
Water and earth are the only needed elements, Yamato said something along this lines
It's also a KKG introduced in bunshin and in bunshin KKG was genetics, it became multiple elements in shippudden.

Nope, otherwise orochimaru would not had bothered creating yamato into a wood user for experiments. you need to have hashirama's dna or at the very least be from kaguya's clan. it's unknown if they can do it, however if one clan had the chance of doing it, i'd probably be them (not fact, just a baseless theory)

As others have said, Wood Style also involves Yang Release. I would argue that it requires an exceptionally powerful Yang Release, seeing as even the smallest Wood Style transplants can dramatically increase an ordinary Shinobi's Yang chakra (physical energies).

KKG, KKT and KKM are genes. The Mokuton KKG for example, is a gene which gives one both an affinity for Water and Earth, and most importantly, the ability to combine those natures to form Wood based techniques.

Without that KKG gene, you can't combine them to make Wood. The gene gives you the specific ability, and is not an umbrella thing which gives you all nature combos beneath.

^This, originally KKG were bloodline traits which mean you had to hold the person's blood just to be able to mix the elements, now that's not as stressed

That's not true.

That would work on the premise of Yang Release being a source of life to create the techniques but that's not so; it's that the user manipulates chakra to create a source of life. It would make Mokuton a KKT of Yang, Earth and Water.

Juubi Jins don't use Mokuton; Obito manifested the Juubi and its constituent parts on different occasions for Juubidamas and the like, and Madara used the KKM original wood technique, of which Mokuton probably derived, much like Shikotsumyaku KKG was to the Tomogoroshi no Haikotsu KKM.
