If Tobirama had been more like Hashirama, and treated the Uchiha's like his elder brother would, how would it change things?

What could have happened?

I personally think, if Tobirama had shown them the love and respect his brother always did, instead of fearing their potential for evil and condemning them for it, making them outcasts from the get go, the Uchiha's would have been a great asset to Konoha today. They'd be fighting in the war with the rest of Konoha.

What do you all think?

I still think there'd be a bit of issues within the clan with being obsessed with gaining more power, but then again the Mangekyou Sharingan was still a secret among the current day Uchiha, before the Massacre. So, things could've been better.

It's hard to say really. They would still be obsessed with power.
I think there is a truth to this...the corruption of love to hate based on loss is basically a ticking time bomb, and one that sadly can't be avoided in a ninja world.

Still, I think had the Uchiha not negatively viewed the role Tobirama tried to give them they'd still be an epic asset! I mean they were still even called a Noble Clan of Konoha...not even the Senju had that status.

End Result: If the Uchiha had managed to hold a positive view, and members were kept from corruption they'd easily be a valuable asset!
