If Tobirama had been more like Hashirama, and treated the Uchiha's like his elder brother would, how would it change things?
What could have happened?
I personally think, if Tobirama had shown them the love and respect his brother always did, instead of fearing their potential for evil and condemning them for it, making them outcasts from the get go, the Uchiha's would have been a great asset to Konoha today. They'd be fighting in the war with the rest of Konoha.
