Back in the office of Shikaku Nara.
Fugaku: When shall I have my men ready, Lord Hokage?
Minato: Well I shall have some of my anbu join your police force, the foundation is a powerful force, it would be unwise to underestimate them, I want Kakashi to be involved
Fugaku: With his injuries, that could be another week or 2 away
Minato: Is that a problem?
Fugaku: Not really, I'm just looking forward to watching Danzo
Minato: That will give me time enough to get anyone new to the foundation, and anyone we think isn't fully loyal to Danzo out of harms way
Shikaku: So you're really going to do this, wipe out suge a huge portion of the village's power
Minato: what choice do we have?
Shikaku: And what of the Village? If this gets out, this could cause trouble, we're talking riots, strikes, and worst case scenario, civil war. Do you think that the other villages will just stand by while we tear eachother apart, no they will strike and-
Fugaku: Then we will kill them. We are Konoha, there is no Ninja Village strong enough to stand up to us, not even the Cloud, with their Raikage whom they brag is the fastest man alive, we all know in reality that that title belongs to the Hokage
Shikaku: The Raikage isn't the only threat to this village, the Raikage's younger brother Bee, he is said to be the perfect Jinchuuriki, having complete control over it's powers, as well as their other Jinchuuriki Yugito, whose control over the two tails is said to rival Bee's
Fugaku: We have the Nine Tails, the most powerful of the tailed beasts
Shikaku: Let us not forget that we now have what is equivalent to half of the Nine Tails, the other half being sealed within the Reaper Seal, as well as the half we do have, being imprisoned in an infant,whom many never learn to control it's power, making the Nine Tails useless to us for now.
Minato: It will not come to war, or riots. Danzo only picks those whom have no family to return to, or mourn them for the Root, and none of them have friends, as they live only to complete missions for the village, while this does create perfect killing machines, it also leaves them at a disadvantage that few people will miss them from the village
Shikaku: Except for the great absence in our military force!
Minato: We will have to mobilize the Uchiha clan more tactfully then, too long have they been kept at arms length, even being made to live on the outskirts, and only being used to hunt down our own missing nin, Fugaku do you think your police have what it takes to fulfil some of the responsibilities of the Foundation?
Fugaku: While I'd like to tell you we can completely take over for them, that would be a lie. I mean, we can hunt down hidden nin, and things like that, but there are some things that lie outside the Uchiha's expertise, not to mention we don't have as many members in our clan, as the foundation have
Minato: Don't worry, you will no longer be the Police Force of Konoha, we will make a new organisation, in which we will mix any shinobi that fit the bill, and who can be trained to handle the more challenging missions. Ofcourse you will still run the Police Force, but I would like for you to enter some shinobi from your clan to this new organisation
Fugaku: I'm not sure that I can lead the Police Force, and this new branch at the same time Lord Hokage
Minato: I wouldn't expect you to, this new foundation, will be led by You, Shikaku and myself, we will all assume the responsibilities, we will all be kept up to date on the new happenings, and we will all have a say in how it is run
Fugaku: Then I accept, it would be an honour lord Hokage
Minato: And you Shikaku?
Shikaku: It doesn't really seem like my field, and it is a lot of extra work
Minato: Please Shikaku, I won't force you into this position, but we need you
Shikaku: Then, I accept Lord Hokage
Minato: Then that makes this the first official meeting of the new group, we're going to have to work out some name, and one more thing, during these meetings, call me Minato, I think everyone would feel more comfortable, and free to speak their mind if we drop the titles.
At that moment, four men appear in the room
Minato: Sensei?!
Jiraiya: No time to explain kid, those anbu you sent with me are in danger, I was trapped in a barrier jutsu, Danzo has escaped, and he knows that something isn't right
The tall blonde man rises from his chair quickly
Minato: Fugaku, Shikaku, would you mind accompanying me and my sensei to the foundation HQ?
In Unison Fugaku and Shikaku both agree with a sharp "Ofcourse!"
Minato: Then if you wouldn't mind grabbing my forearms, Sensei you grab on too
Jiraiya, who is also a tall man, even taller than his pupil in fact, places his hand on the top of Minato's head, like he used to when he would lecture him as a kid
Minato: Hokage Guard Platoon, I need you to head to the Konoha Police Force Location, and ask for back up, notify them that their leader is with me also
With that, the Hokage Guard Platoon disappeared from the room, and then so did the other four men standing in the office, a couple of moments pass, and then the tall blonde man reappears once again, finally remembering about the unconscious criminal laying on the Shikaku's table. The man disappears again, this time, taking the Root Member with him.
On a rooftop somewhere in the Village hidden in the leaves, 3 men stand, awaiting their leader, whom quickly appears next to them in an instant.
Minato: I dropped him off in a cell
Shikaku: Thanks, if my wife had come back to find us all gone, and him lying in our house, she would probably castrate me
Jiraiya: There's no time to waste, we have to get in there
Minato: Right, let's go, sorry Fugaku, but I will take Danzo
Fugaku: Taking all the fun for yourself eh?
Jiraiya: Oh one more thing, me and Danzo came to blows earlier, and I smashed him with a Rasengan
Shikaku: Great, so he's injured
Jiraiya: No, that's the thing, I hit him it, and it made contact, I even watched it crush his body, but then, he disappeared, literally slipping through my fingers, and reappeared, without a scratch on him
Minato: Must have been Genjutsu, Fugaku keep your eyes sharp
Jiraiya: No, call me crazy, but I'm sure I wasn't under any genjutsu
Fugaku: You're not crazy, something has been bugging me for a while now
Minato: What is it?
Fugaku: Well, when the copy ninja was about to be killed, one of the Root Ninja told the other to keep his sharingan in tact, that Danzo would like to harvest it. Now it wouldn't be hard for a man of his position to gain access to the corpses of fallen Uchiha's am I right?
Jiraiya: It's hard to keep anything from people like Danzo
Fugaku: Exactly, I think he may be using a technique known as Izanagi
Minato: I've never heard of that before
Fugaku: That's because it's a forbidden technique, even the Uchiha clan are not permitted to use it, in fact I haven't known of anyone using it, or of anyone even being able to use it, since before my birth
Shikaku: Why is it forbidden?
Fugaku: This technique allows the user to attack the enemy without fear of death or injury, it's a genjutsu that the user casts on himself, any damage during the time allowance of the jutsu, inflicted on the opponent remains a reality, but any damage done to the wielder or Izanagi, even death itself, becomes an illusion, and the wielder simply returns to whatever state they were in when the jutsu was activated.
Minato: That sounds like a perfect jutsu to me, why would it be forbidden?
Fugaku: The price to pay is a hefty one, whoever uses this jutsu, their sharingan eye will forever lose it's light, also the requirements for this jutsu, is that you must have both the qualities of the Uchiha, and the Senju, meaning for an Uchiha to use such a jutsu, they would somehow have to obtain Senju DNA, again another thing that I doubt was too difficult for a man of such stature as Danzo to obtain.
Jiraiya: That would explain why he wears those bandages across his right eye, hiding his shameful secret. Although, atleast we know he can't do it again, he only has two eyes afterall
Minato: Either way, tread carefully, we're going into his home now, his territory, no-one knows it's defences better than him
Shikaku: We should wait for backup
Fugaku: It's already on it's way, not to mention the people we're here to rescue are Anbu Black Ops, combined with their power, we should be able to deal with Danzo and his men, even without backup, let's just go now
Jiraiya: I'm with Fugaku, let's do this now, the longer we wait, the more risk they're in
Minato: Fine, we head in now. Keep your eyes open, even I don't know what's going to happen.
