Depends, Konohamaru would probably die from chakra exhaustion after using any of those but someone with enough chakra/stamina would be Top 5 easily.

That will be her only problem, she can learn all the clan techniques though like Nara clan, Ino clan, Choji clan, Gentle Fist (her medical knowledge would compensate for the Byukugan, she can learn all generic jutsu. Like those, the yin and yang type ones, and what ever her element is.

Yes does, its not debatable. Assuming she had wind natured chakra she would be able to do it too, and assuming she was a perfect Jink she would be able to do so too

basically this, except I'd say much higher. People underestimate a jutsu arsenal that diverse... the combos... just mindblowing. I'd say Top 10, and higher up there at that.
