No Madara died fighting hashirama well I guess he did survive but I never heard of him dying a second time so I don't know how he was brought back when he wasn't dead

LOL Omg, He didn't die during his fight with Hashirama. He lived and probably "faked" his death as he struggled to survive in that cave while connected to the Gedo Mazo until Obito came along.
