Naruto vs Neji - Naruto wins. Manga fact.

Sasuke vs Gaara - Sasuke wins. After Gaara gets hit by chidori he goes unconscious and Temari/Kankuro had to flee and treat him. If the fight continued Sasuke would have won + if he pulled out Shukaku the fight would have been stopped.

Shino vs Kankuro - Shino wins. Kankuro only managed to poison him because he was hiding and attacking. Kankuro is at a major disadvantage this time around in an open area. This could end in a draw, but I think Shino winning is a higher probability.

Temari vs Shikamaru - Temari wins. Already happened in the manga, Shikamaru gave up allowing Temari to win.

Round 2

Naruto vs Sasuke - Naruto wins. Imo this is a tough call. But because Sasuke was already drained 1 chidori, his chakra is somewhat exhausted. Sasuke would never try to Chidori Naruto (at this point in the story) Naruto with 9 tails chakra was able to par Neji's rotation, Sasuke could as well maybe with chidori. But like I said he won't use chidori on Naruto.

Shino vs Temari - Temari win. Another tough call because I can't really picture this fight that well. Temari will long range attack Shino, same as against Shikamaru. I personally think her wind attacks can brush away all of the insects. Tough call though imo.

Final round

Naruto vs Temari - Naruto wins. If he had the strength to overpower rotation, Imo he can do the same to her wind attacks, at the least he can dodge it with 9 tails chakra.

No, that was an element of Hype. Sasuke won the previous match decisively. He even landed two hits on Transformed Gaara. The only reason he got handicapped was because of CS. This shows his potential to take the whole thing.

Wind attacks can't brush every insect unless Shino decides to aim them at her from one point of attack. Which is out of character for Shino who's a great strategist.
Ideally Shino can hide behind trees and distract her with a clone. She can blow the insects away, but it'll do nothing to kill them. It would just tire her out and give Shino the chance to counter and overwhelm her.

Sasuke vs Temari - Temari ~ Temari even at this point in the story is a very skilled long-ranged fighter, which already gives her an advantage, not to mention the fact that she can glide around on her fan. Temari uses wide sweep attacks with her wind nature so I see any fire style attack that Sasuke uses just being blown back at him despite the fact that Fire > Wind. Forget about chidori because Wind > Lightning.
