If the 9 Tailed Fox killed Narutos parents, why would he be friends with it?

Well, considering all that the fox went through, I would forgive him. But I'm just awesome like that. :|
Plus, that's the whole point of the manga. Naruto is the one who will take the pain and not seek revenge, leading to eventually breaking the cycle of hatred that curses Narutoverse.
We've seen it happen when he decided not to avenge Jiraiya. :shrug:

Nah, that was after Minato got the Kyuubi out of Tobi's control.
The fox was just trying to stop Kushina and Minato from sealing him inside yet another human that would do nothing but keep him locked up.
Tobi lost control of the Fox after Minato decked him. You can see that the Fox's eyes return to normal once Tobi teleports away.
What Kirin Rei said is the best answer.
Yeah, partially you are right , but the truth is the kuubi did do it, so ... mhm.. if it was me it'll take time before i can forgive the person(being) responsoble for the murder of my parents , but lets not forget the circumstances that are in hand. Naruto really needs the nine tails , because without it hm.. you know.. Maybe SM mode won't be enough to deal with tobi and a handful of edo tensei's. Never mind thats what i think, lets see(hear) (read) other opinions.

This ^^:y^^ is exactly why and Kirin Rei is also correct in a later post because Kurama was acting on his own when he attempted to kill Naruto. Remember, he harbored nothing but evil intentions and malice towards all humans.
Maybe not Kushina. But I'm just speculating here.
Minato was definitely a gonner, he offered his soul to the Shinigami. But if Kushina coud have survived a birth, plus a bijuu extraction, followed by draining her chakra to supress Kurama, and still be able to spare some chakra so Minato could seal it inside Naruto, I'd just say:

He did no such things. and he was being controlled by tobi. and finally, it was Minato choices to be sealed not the kyuuby, and if you use your brain alittle you can learn that the kyuuby was actually a slave trying to be free.So i ask you whose fault is it really? the slave masters or kyuunyxd

Gets taken out and sealed again.
Gets taken out and taken control over.
Gets free for sometime before being sealed again.
Yeah, I think that I'd be pissed off enough to kill someone, regardless of whether they're parents or not. Kyuubi was in pain. Naruto understood his pain and forgave him.
Same like with Nagato and Jiariya.
