Why is speed only a factor with Tsunade.... why not against Jiraiya or orochimaru? He can blitz Oro's heart.... Slice of Jiraiya's head..... unless people are claiming those to have better reactions than the sanin who is focused on hand to hand combat...

Lol I used this same argument against you and you disregarded it but when you use it, its totally fine lmao.
Orochimaru can't react to Ay but he can survive his attacks with his body replacement technique.. if Jiraiya tried to fight hand to hand or in base he'd lose as well but the difference between Tsunade and the other two is that they are more versatile and posses mid-long range jutsu while tsunade focuses on taijutsu.. if they had equal speed Tsunade would own Ay easily but since Ay is way faster than her she can't hit him unless he either tries grapple her or if she somehow sets him up with her summons or whatever.

I recall myself using this argument to defend Tsunade.... while you were trying to prove Ay can blitz her easily.
Reaction means responding.. Sadly Tsunade with just 1 finger can do a whole of damage to Ay and redirect his hit.
So what does versatility have anything to do with getting blitzed and not being able to react to it. And for them to counter Ay's speed with their attacks that require seals.. they would need reaction timing...
As for the grapples.... useless against Tsunade since she can break them with superior strength.

Tsunade would win if she had A(Raikage) speed.A(Raikage) is strong but Tsunade is stronger.If Tsunade had A(Raikage) speed she would in essence be a better version of him with healing abilities
I'm pretty sure, she can, seeing how destructive her punch is, able to broke the rib cage of susanoo with a single physical blow something which has damn powerful durability. She has quite a chance with speed equalised.

Well here's the problem though. You're giving Tsunade something she doesn't has in order to give her a chance against Ay; you're giving her speed. Why don't you give Ay Tsunade's healing ability? And to answer your question, yes.

Tsunade still wins, Tsunade doesn't need the speed to beat A, without any knowledge on her she can easily win, and she outlast him in battle, he can't kill her
