*sigh* he releases his bone bullets by firing them from his finger tips... Those bones are the finger bones that he just fires from the tips... CES is when Sakura focuses chakra to her fists, then right before the punch lands, she releases the chakra in an explosive burst. Using it in combination with the bone bullets would be detrimental
