No, Hagoromo became a Jinchuuriki because of his body, Ashura inherited that body power, Uchiha did not. Uchiha only inherited the power to control bijuu with genjutsu otherwise the tablet would have mentioned them being able to become their host.

1. Sasuke doesn't have the will power to tame Kurama because he's prone to hatred like every Uchiha.

2. He doesn't have the chakra reserves to use KCM of a bijuu that's not friends with him

3. He doesn't have the personality to befriend Kurama therefore will never awaken BM

4. He doesn't have the sealing talent to bind a freed Kurama, therefore can't unlock KCM

5. He doesn't have the body to master NE on the level of Ashura.

And finally, Kurama mentioned Naruto's bloodline being the reason he was compatible with bijuu chakra and able to use it to the hghest extent. Sasuke isn't an Uzumaki and isn't an Ashura transmigrant therefore will never have the body to be a Jinchuuriki to the same extent as Naruto.

You dont accept the hatred you rid YOURSELF of it, purifying the kyuubi chakra you take. Sasuke cant do that. Hes the most vengeful character in the whole manga.

And on top of that he wont ve able to befriend killer bee and train in the bijuu temple becuz he is a loner. Killer Bee wont like him.

Sasuke cannot attain KCM. His firsr instinct is to control with genjutsu which already will take alot of of him since the kyuubi would be inside him. Hell the kyuubi would've been taken him over way b4 naruto.

Looked like to me Naruto simply accepted his hatred as a part of him, rather than trying to reject it and keep it from his person, which is why there was two of him.

If he even needed to do something like that (Minato didn't), he could always use genjutsu on Killer B or his friend to get them to talk.

Kurama has never been able to overpower the Sharingan by himself. Once he's under, that's it. Not to mention, if he wanted to he could have a seal placed if neccessary.

Sasuke was already emotionally unstable throughout most of the manga, Just imagine the Kyuubi's hatred fueling his emotions even more, He would lost control and the kyuubi would of consumed him almost like it did naruto in the pein arc.

Sasuke wont be a better Jin for the same reasons Naruto compatible with Kuruma.

Once Naruto became a perfect jin he gained more abilities than anyone ever could controlling it with mere genjutsu.

Its not the same. Madara nor Sasuke will never achieve Chakra mode. And it wasnt simple talk no jutsu. It was a life struggle against both himself, his inner hatred, and the demon gnawing at him.

He had to fight the kyuubi before even making friends with it.
