Sasuke would've put up one hell of a fight but kabuto had to many techs that would've killed hin if not for itachi. Kabuto hands down. Sound 5 techs. Sound genjutsu could still effect him inside his "invincable susanoo". Sage mode. Water form. Healing . Speed and strength enhanced.

but if sasuke and kabuto were fighting to kill each other i think sasuke would win with low high difficulty. capturing someone alive is a lot more difficult than killing someone, in which kabuto used all of his techniques in an attempt to turn itachi to one of his slaves again, and use all of his power to capture sasuke. which he failed to do both of those things..there is no way he would survive an amaterasu/amaterasu arrow. he got hit by sasukes arrow like 3 times and if it was enflamed with the black flames kabuto would've died if he couldn't shed skin to escape. besides wtf kabuto took powers from 9 ninja and put it inside of himself. he is a bitch.

Sasukes susanoo was useless that fight. It couldnt touch kabuto and kabuto made it useless with his sound genjutsu.
