Naruto would've won, Sasuke barely had his EMS let alone the rinnegan, so it was to his advantage that he got the Bijuu and learned Outer path.

Though if he has a mastered rinnegan, he would've achieved Bijuu PS through taking chakra from Naruto himself thus resulting in the same canon stalemate.

Rinnegan was still nerfed and Naruto had all the bijuu strenght and their chakra + Kurama .... so the match was kinda unfair.
