Naruto as the skills to perform Chidori. He can use all the elements and shape any element at the highest level of shape manipulation.

Naruto isn't smart enough to use RSM to its full potential, all he ever relies on are Rasengan variants.

Smarts, Naruto may have the talent to use advanced jutsu but he doesn't have the creativity of prodigies like Minato and Tobirama to create new techniques.

Think so? During the gaiden Naruto never once used a rasengan. In fact he created his own genjutsu like jutsu. Remember when he brought Shin into his inner world and showed him the 9 tails -

In Naruto the last:
- Naruto learned how to release the 9 tails from his body at will. That means Naruto created a new 9 tail seal because none of the previous seals allowed the 9 tails to be freely released from his body.
- Naruto used an unknown jutsu (none rasengan) to remove the chakra ball from Hinata (it appears to be yin-yang based since he was able to remove the charka ball from Hinata without injuring her)

And again I said he can do compicated feats thanks to "understanding of all things" but advanced techinque=/= advanced creativity. Think of using chakra as being a musician, you can play the most complicated notes and songs but that doesn't mean you can create the best music.

A genjutsu is just an illusion. Naruto show Shin his inner world and the 9 tail. Shin thought the 9 tail was in front of him and he was no longer in the wood. So what Naruto did there meets the definition of a genjutsu. It is very similar to what he did in part one, but now Naruto has full control over it and can use it a will.

Naruto is very talented and creative, but people tend to not give him the create he deserve. Like I said during the movie The Last he created to very impressive jutsu.

Remember, the way the oringinal 9 tail seal was design it made it harder for Naruto to control his chakra. Naruto had to deal with that most his life. He didn't have a family so he had nobody to train him outside the academy. There was nowhere for him to go to gain information about his family or their jutsu. All of that put Naruto years behind everyone else. Know we are seeing the results of his training and knowledge he has been given since he has left the academy.
