I'm using chidori for lack of a better term. The jutsu would be a wind style jutsu that envelopes your hand in wind chakra and increases your piercing powrr

Smarts, Naruto may have the talent to use advanced jutsu but he doesn't have the creativity of prodigies like Minato and Tobirama to create new techniques.

He could use a style of Rasengan utilizing Amaterasu and Enton Kagutsuchi to a level that Naruto is capable of doing with his Wind Nature for his Rasengan. That'd be interesting, but I don't think that should happen as that would diminish some of Sasuke's originality.

A Wind Style Chidori seems fairly pointless when Naruto can combine his Bijuudama with his FRS which will yield better results.
