the problem is these techniques are not just kekki genkai but the fall into sub categories such as mental, fire, and doujutsu meaninng if he didnt have the eyes attached to his brain tskuyomi and susanoo would not work although i do beleive it might be feasiable to use amaterasu if he had a fire affinity

he was able to use iron sand because the third kazekage mixed maget release with sand release which are both techinques of the sand which he and his village have knowledge of and as seen with gaaras mother the person does not have to be alive to exert this control

Everyone is wrong IRON SAND is NOT a keikei genkai it's a tool. His keikei genkai was magnet release; jiton he uses it to manipulate the iron sand. Either way the puppet would be able to use it :scorps:

sasori can control him... but the puppet will be a lot weaker than the real itachi... they have different mindset. itachi is more intelligent than him so his battlestyle will be different.
