Only Uzumaki clan members survived extraction and that was because their strong lifeforce and even then died later. This is not something like illness. Bijuu and host grow together as pair, when you extract Bijuu is it as if you were missing heart. Her healing is based on fact that her cells start to regenerate super fast, but how can you regenerate something like Bijuu ?

I'm not sure Byakugou can heal spiritual(chakra) damage. Possibly but I really can't say.

Did you not read my first post? I simply said that a uzumaki's life force keep's them from dying a while, not much time though.
