We have so many questions unanswered that Kishi neglected for Sakura crying time

if Neji was there instead we could've at least some extra stuff

plus the team dynamic would've been way better with each team mate effecting the other personally

Nerf would imply that a character has not shown there fullest potential when faced with an opportunity. How can a character like Sakura be nerfed when Kishi didn't bother to give her anything in the first place? She never even had her own nature affinity and she needed to rely on Tsunade to get her stronger. She never bothered to train on her own, only until Sasuke left the village, and then she realized that she actually needed to stop being ass and get somewhere.

Back in the beginning, she displayed Genin level chakra control and the ability to suppress Genjutsu, but somehow she can't beat Ino in the Chuunin exams?

The only thing Ino had on Sakura was a clan jutsu, and Ino had to cheat off Sakura in the chunnin exams.
Sakura has > Chakra Control.
Sakura is smarter.
