Oh yeah, she will use kid gloves, like she did in PArt2 and like she did with Ino.
A developed Sakura wouldve been more of a match for Sasuke than Naruto, if morals were off. In part 1.

Her backstory has about finding the courage to stand up for herself and not be taken lightly.
Kishi couldve elaborated more,yes. It shouldve been more on how she wasn't a ninja. because of her parents. That what i would've did.
Then people being jealous of her skill and intellect. Especailly for not being a clan ninja

I wouldve made her a messiah, like person.
Born of normal blood, with unparalleled skill.
The have it be revealed that she is the personification go the fruit or chakra.
Explaining her perfect chakra contorl, intellect, and strong yin prowess.

If Sakura had anything unique that indicated she was nerfed by Kishi I would have agreed with the Op.

Reasons for Neji:
- has the Byakugan, one of the big 3 Doujutsu
- ties to Kaguya and Hamura
- is a genius as well so he wouldn't be too far below Naruto and Sasuke especially with a potential Hamura power-up
- his ties to Hinata and Lee could help develop them further
- him almost dying for Sasuke's sake during the Sasuke retrieval arc would be that much more impactful
- him dying would be way more emotional and impactful. Or Kishi just wouldn't kill him off in the first place since he wouldn't have the balls to kill off a mc like that.
- him reforming the Hyuga clan together with Naruto could also make for a good story
- a female mc is not needed, since Kishi sucks at writing females anyway.

This would benefit Sakura as well. If she replaces Neji and Guy were to teach her the proper Taijutsu skills, together with her CES, she could become deadly in combat.

Nope, never said that.
Sakura was actually to perfect in part on to be developed without being OP.
Sasuke sharrigan has a restriction of tomoe and emotional limiters.
Naruto's tailed beast power came with a price.
Lee's gate was only temporary.
Sakura chakra contorl wasn't, she had no limiters, but her reserves, and it was said that she can make a little chakra go along way.

Read the last panel. Sakura wouldve been too powerful, going by that logic, and her genjutsu's wouldve been unbreakable.

She would have had to been good to begin with to have been nerfed.

She started off fodder , Kishi didn't nerf her.

If anything I'd say she got nerfed in part 2. Having a really impressive start to shippuden just become useless again all the way up until the war arc.
