I can see this first argument is going nowhere, as it relies on you deliberately ignoring the definition of Crime and substituting "Bad Stuff" in it's place.

- Guy's 8 gates are far less powerful, the power only matches a Bijuu. He uses it before Madara joins Obito, to help defeat the Edo-Jinchuuriki's in their Bijuu-form

- No Edo-Hokage

- Tsunade and Oonoki die by Madara's hands

- Juubi stays in his first bulbasaur-like form

- Obito dies as a villain, after his fight with Kakashi by Madara's Rinne Tensei control- (No "Juubito")

- revived Madara fights 1/3 of the remaining Shinobi Alliance, while the other 2/3 (including the few living kage, Naruto, Sasuke, Guy, Kakashi etc.) are trying to hold down Juubi

- revived Madara gets his two Rinnegan without much trouble by white and black Zetsu's help, but both eyes need some time to heal with Hashirama-boob power. In this time, blind Madara fights with Darui, Omoi, Kurotsuchi and other side-characters. Madara realizes that he is in serious trouble without his working eyes

- Black Zetsu is indeed Madara's personalized will and white Zetsus are indeed failed Hashirama-clones created by Madara

- Just before the dozens of shinobi overpower the blind, injured Madara, his eyes are ready to use and then he blows everyone away with a massive Shinra Tensei, half the power of Nagato's city-buster. Most no-name shinobi are defeated, known characters are still able to fight. After that, Rinnegan-Madara defeats the remains of the 1/3 of the Shinobi Alliance with Ashura Path, Preta Path, Human Path, Deva Path and Kuroibō (the black chakra rods).

- Sasuke, Naruto, Killer Bee and the others finally put down the Juubi and need to maintain the control over it, but search for a way to seal it, while Naruto argues that he wants to free the Bijuu again. Sasuke leaves them all alone since he is more concerned about Madara. Naruto wants to stop him, but eventually stays with the others, because Juubi is trying to get the upper hand again.

- EMS Sasuke vs. Rinnegan Madara. They have a thrilling fight and Madara tries to join forces with Sasuke, but the latter refuses obviously. In the end, EMS Sasuke loses since he has no experience with Rinnegan users and gets killed the same way he died in the manga.

- Naruto "feels" that Sasuke is in serious trouble, thanks to his sage mode, so he runs to Madara. While Sasuke is dying, BM Naruto fights Madara, but loses due to Hashirama's wood dragon + Rinnegan combo. Madara's arrogance is the reason why he doesn't take Kurama out of Naruto. Naruto and Sasuke die on the same spot.

- While Madara rushes towards the Juubi to become its Jinchuuriki, Naruto and Sasuke meet Ashura and Indra instead of Hagoromo. The brothers tell Naruto and Sasuke the story of Hagoromo, his fight with Juubi and the beginning of chakra.

- Hagoromo was a human priest who ate the fruit of the god tree which has always been on the planet. He stopped the wars between humans, but kept the chakra afterwards in order to create ninshuu. Unfortunately, the tree wanted it back and turned into Juubi. Hagoromo fights Juubi by himself and becomes its Jinchuuriki.

- No Ootsutsuki, Kaguya, Hamura etc. don't exist in my version

- Ashura wants Naruto to stop Indra/Sasuke with love and friendship blabla. It turns out that Mokuton is a skill that belongs to the Juubi and was inherited by Ashura, since Hagoromo had the Juubi inside himself when his children were conceived. Hashirama was the only known user because he resembled Ashura the most. Naruto gets Mokuton, not Rikudou Sage Mode.

- Indra wants power in Sasuke's name, in order to crush Ashura/Naruto. He talks with Sasuke and influences him in that matter. He then asks what Sasuke wants to do, the latter talks about his revolution. Indra is fine with that and "unlocks" his special Sharingan-form for Sasuke, with powers that are able to match a Rinnegan in a fight. Flying Perfect Susanoo, Chakra-absorbtion, Rinnegan-level genjutsu, Amenotejikara and the ability to turn back time, similar to what Madara used in the "Hashirama vs. Madara OVA" of NUNS Generations. - Madara blows everyone away from Juubi with another massive Shinra Tensei, becomes its Jincuuriki, while Naruto and Sasuke are revived and healed by Ashura's and Indra's special chakra. That can't be used again, it would basically be like a last extra-life in Super Mario Lol.

- Now we have Jinchuuriki Madara with Rinnegan and all TSB-abilities that Obito and himself used in the canon-manga. Naruto with Kurama, the chakra-pieces of the other Bijuu from the fight against the Edo-Jinchuuriki, sage mode and Mokuton, Sasuke with a new Sharingan form that grants new skills while he is able to use his usual MS-skills such as Enton Kagutsuchi and Amaterasu. Also there are still the remaining kage, Killer Bee, Kakashi with one MS, a few other known characters that I don't remember right now aaaaaand some no-name shinobi who didn't die yet.

- Now I want to make it short. Madara talks to everyone, the no-name shinobi are convinced by him that Mugen Tsukuyomi is a good thing (no Zetsu-transformation crap) and give up. The others fight Madara, who is able to cast Mugen Tsukuyomi eventually and only Naruto/Sasuke can avoid it together. Everyone else sleeps, even Kakashi and Sakura. We see the dreams of known characters and then Naruto/Sasuke fight Madara in a fight on an equal footing, since Madara embodies the power of Hagoromo, while Naruto and Sasuke embody the power of Ashura and Indra. Ashura + Indra = Hagoromo.

- Eventually Naruto and Sasuke injure Madara badly in a moment of his arrogance after everyone is pretty much exhausted. Naruto is able to connect to the Bijuu inside Madara and they break out from the inside since he isn't able to maintain the seal because of exhaustion. Madara who still has the Gedo Mazo within himself, wants to maintain his dreamworld and uses one last massive Chibaku Tensei in order to seal Naruto and Sasuke with him into a new moon. He says something like "If I'm going down today, you two are coming with me!"

- Naruto and Sasuke are almost doomed, before the Bijuu become important again. Sasuke uses his new chakra-absorbtion technique to steal part of their chakra, refreshing himself so that he can break out of the Chibaku Tensei. Naruto gets the other part of the Bijuu's chakra because of their friendship with each other. So Naruto can break out too and the Bijuu are put to sleep, like Kurama after VOTE2.

- While the world is still under the influence of Mugen Tsukuyomi, Naruto and Sasuke have their conversations from the canon manga and fight their final fight of VOTE2, but only with other powers. Sasuke obviously has no Bijuu-Susanoo and Naruto does not have RSM. The outcome of the fight would remain the same and both eventually release Mugen Tsukuyomi.

I would remove Sakura from Team 7 and replace her with Neji, then I would put Sakura as a background character like Ramen guy.
I would make Hinata nothing more than eye candy but with actual eyes. "Seen but not heard of"
I would remove Otsutsuki from the plot.
I would keep Naruto and Sasuke at MS/SM Level, but later I would give Sasuke PS like Madara and then Naruto would use BM. Still with restrictions.
I would never make such ugly ass next generation concepts. Bolt, Salad, and etc., Such horrible names
Sasuke would remain the single wander life, but I would have him bang a chick to keep the Uchiha name pure.
Naruto wouldn't be the Hokage, because he is bigger than that role.
I would develop Ino, Ten-Ten, and Temari more.

The story stays focused on Tobidara and the Akatsuki because that was the most interesting part of the series to begin with.

Tobi never reveals himself as Obito and just becomes Madara as were initially told. Sasuke gets arrogant and leaves Tobi's side to attack the leaf and a huge fight between him and Natruto occurs. They're evenly matched, and eventually Itachi's crow emerges from Naruto and gives Sasuke one last heartfelt message. Sasuke finally listens to his older brother's wisdom and decides to follow in his footsteps by defending the leaf. Naruto and Sasuke settle their differences and later fight Madara (the last Akatsuki member) and win.

No war arc, no Obito, no god tree, no kaguya, and no transmigrants crap.
