guy dies, madara final villain, sasuke get's totsuka and yata, naruto obtains FTG, orochi still evil, obito stayed dead under that rock, tobi was someone else, sakura learned genjutsu and earth release, hinata can say more words that don't involve naruto, neji still alive, kakashi stayed dead, minato never learned sage mode or kcm, hashi had something else besides sage mode, sasuke didn't go blind in one arc, sasuke still had curse mark, tsunade died, hiruzen prime revealed, healthy itachi revealed. etc

Have obito be the one to attack the leaf village instead of pain and make pain the final villain where at the end naruto persuaded him to use rinne rebirth to bring back all the dead but at the last second sasuke takes pains rinnegan. The two then duke it out. Near the end when both are collapsed on the ground, black zetsu takes the rinnegan and revives madara who goes ham on the alliance for a couple chapters just to play around while sasuke and naruto are near dead. Soon after he activates infinite tsukiomi and in that time sasuke and naruto are healed by Sakura just in time to have sasuke activate sosanoo to save them. During this sasuke realizes that his vision for a revolution was wrong as he sees madara completely take over the world. The team then works together (kaguya arc style but without Kakashi bs perfect sosanoo) to defeat madara with the help of the hokage who were resurrected. While fighting madara, sasuke makes a move to sacrifice himself to save the team which helps them defeat madara. As sasuke is about to die, he explains that he sacrificed himself because that's what itachi would have done as he did for the lead village. He comes to terms with its his decision and explains to naruto that he learned that peace must be earned through sacrifice and compromise and not a persons power or voice. Sasuke then is about to die when Sakura performs a secret rebirth technique similar to chiyo but instead doesn't have to die. The three happily live life and naruto becomes hokage. Meanwhile sasuke is viewed as a threat by all other villages so he sets out to defend the lead in the shadows like his older brother itachi
