I mean Hinata in the war arc did not even know rotation while Neji learned it when he was 13. Neji was not even supposed to learn it too and had to learn it on his own. As the future head of the clan Hinata could have learned it from her father and later from Neji and still failed to learn it. Knowing rotation could have been useful when Obito was trying to kill Naruto because then Hinata could have used rotation to protect Naruto as opposed to using her body as a meat shield which caused Neji to have to sacrifice himself to save her. What do you think? Do you think if Hinata had actually lived up to the skill level of being the future clan head and learned rotation, would Neji still be alive?

As the anniversary of Hinata's wedding is celebrated in February ones more the loser called NaruSaku show their Ugly heads again. THE World was saved by NaruHina and you can't stand that.
