If only War Arc Hinata Were as Skilled as 13 year old Neji

I mean Hinata in the war arc did not even know rotation while Neji learned it when he was 13. Neji was not even supposed to learn it too and had to learn it on his own. As the future head of the clan Hinata could have learned it from her father and later from Neji and still failed to learn it. Knowing rotation could have been useful when Obito was trying to kill Naruto because then Hinata could have used rotation to protect Naruto as opposed to using her body as a meat shield which caused Neji to have to sacrifice himself to save her. What do you think? Do you think if Hinata had actually lived up to the skill level of being the future clan head and learned rotation, would Neji still be alive?

Neji was the Sasuke of the Hyuga, only one with potential to surpass his clan and achieve Hamura's power. Kishi saw how broken his potential was and had to kill him to maintain the Yin/Yang theme between Naruto and Sasuke.

She did. Fighting the mini Juubi she flashed back to Neji teaching her 64 palms and then connected on 1....that's right, 1 mini Juubi. Meanwhile Sakura punches one through the air and smashes a dozen more before she too is overshadowed by Naruto and Sasuke.

Face it Kishi is just terrible at writing for female characters in general.
