Both was Healty Obito had Senju Dna,Rinnegun,MS,Tailed beasts,gedou Mazou, and still was beated(Thats means No mater how much power u have Smarter will win....

He has kamui, mokuton and a rinnegan yet still you think he needs more to win against a single sharingan, non-uchiha user....That sentence alone confirms how limited he is, and how much he needs to spam his abilities to even have a chance against a real shinobi.

He lied about being Madara because if he did not he would have been defeated a long time ago...Just saying you are madara and showing above average sharingan usage is enough to ward off harmfull threats....Also it is very easy to star a war, Finnishing it is another story

The paths killed kakashi, naruto saved him. Kakashi cant kamui multiple tbbs. The stronger character is obito hands down, taking away powerups is just a desperate attempt from fanboys/haters who want their favorite character to move up in ranks.

My theory is that Obito couldn't use Kamui (Because that would require him to send his body parts to the battlefield which is not a good idea at all). Take away Obito's Kamui and of course he is going to be weak. If this is the case then Obito was the victim of circumstance, nothing more.

Kakashi isn't top 10 but Obito is. I rate character's spots by their abilities, not if someone beat them. Kakashi happened to have the exact counter to Obito's kamui. If Obito and Kakashi had a competition to see the maximum level opponent they could beat, then Obito would dominate. That's why Obito is top 10 and Kakashi isn't.
