Judging by facts, simply what was shown. This is the same thing as saying Sarada is going to have Chidori or Katon style just because she has the potential to use those natures. She didn't yet display those feats, therefore, she doesn't have them.

That's the thing that bothers me about those, mostly Uchiha fans, who just go around proclaiming the Hyuga are fodder when they have the potential, using only what we know of them, to be just as strong, if not stronger, than the top characters in the series.

Their ability to destroy chakra with gentle fist alone could have made them dangerous to all chakra avatar wielders, and could have made them able to counter tons of ninjutsu.

Byakugan's penetrative vision gives them natural resistance to all forms of visual genjutsu, another advantage over the Uchiha.

Then there's rotation, which could block Amaterasu like how Naruto blocked it using his cloak. Plus, they can use chakra to change the direction of solid attacks (which makes one wonder why Neji didn't use this)

Not sure if you know this, but the Hyuga are even capable of making others explode by stuffing them with chakra. Though Neji was only ever shown using this, once at that.

Hyuga have pretty much downright deadly abilities, but were nerfed so we never got to see them in full display. They're so cool.
