If naruto got an arm after the Last..then why didnt Guy get his legs??

This, even Tsunade has one hell of a time healing nerve damage as you may remember when Gaara ****ed Lee's world up and Tsunade wasn't sure she would be able to pull off the surgery. Even if Hashirama's cells seem to be the Narutoverse equivalent of stem cells.

Naruto has got a Hashi cell arm, while Guy I think along with breaking his thigh and other bones, probarly broke his spine too in that otherworldy attack, sadly that's kinda unhealable, even by Naruto verse standards/logic.

When it doesn't even fit the facts we see in the manga. Naruto is able to GIVE/MAKE a new eye in Kakashi's EYE SOCKET. How the hell can he not fix the Spinal Damage?

U can replace an eye too..but not a spinal cord..

For obito i think it was too late..he just quickly turned to ash..so naruto cant revive him
